Caitlin graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science and a minor in Health Psychology. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is a Certified Adaptive Personal Trainer and Adaptive Group Fitness Instructor. She has worked with clients ranging in ages from 10-87 and is passionate about making a healthy lifestyle accessible to people of all abilities. Whether you're looking to improve your quality of life, gain muscle, lose fat, or learn about how to lead a healthy lifestyle, Caitlin is excited to help you reach your goals!

Training Programs

In-Home Personal Training
Reach your goals from the comfort of your home, with all of the equipment that you need provided. Great for clients with busy schedules, health conditions that limit travel, and clients with children. Monthly goal check-ins provide the accountability to crush your goals. 1-on-1 training and couples training are provided for this format.

In-Studio Personal Training
Reach your goals in our fully-equipped fitness studio in North Dallas. Choose from 1:1 or 2:1 training. We provide customized training tailored to your goals, exercise history, and fitness level. Monthly goal check-ins provide the extra accountability to crush your goals!

Virtual Live Training Sessions
Not local but still want to experience our exceptional personal training? We provide live 1-on-1 personal training via video meetings tailored to your fitness goals and the equipment you have available at home. This is also a wonderful option if you travel for work and want to maintain consistency.

Online Customized Training Program
A personalized fitness program you can do anywhere tailored to the equipment available to you. We use a top-rated fitness app with exercise demonstrations to ensure the efficacy of the training program and your results. Weekly check-ins, unlimited messaging with your coach, habit tracking, and exercise form reviews and feedback to ensure the highest quality exercise program in your pocket!
